Requirements for Finance Assistant
- Applicants Must Have a Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, AND professional accounting training is essential;
- Applicants Must Have Experience in accounting software (Xero would be helpful, but is not essential);
- Applicants Must Have Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accountant, Bookkeeper, or relevant role for 4 to 6 years;
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Applicants Must Have Familiarity with office management procedures;
- Applicants Must Have Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive/Sheets/Docs; and
- Applicants Must Have Advanced Excel experience is essential.
Requirements for Senior Customer Success Coordinator
- Applicants Must Have A Degree or Diploma from a recognized university;
- Applicants Must Have At least five (5) years of working experience in a customer-facing role; and
- Applicants Must Have Experience in team leadership and project management.
- Applicants Must Have An entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and first-rate problem-solving skills.
- Applicants Must Have A proactive approach to problem-solving and a bias for action.
- Applicants Must Have Attention to detail with a natural ability to juggle many moving parts; and
- Applicants Must Have Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants Must Have Experience in the deployment of a SaaS product; and
- Applicants Must Have Fluency in the Igbo language is an added advantage.
Requirements for Customer Success Coordinator
- Applicants Must Have A Degree or Diploma from a recognized university;
- Applicants Must Have At least 3 years of working experience; and
- Applicants Must Have Ability to Work with a diverse team.
- Applicants Must Have An entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and first-rate problem-solving skills;
