Requirements for Director, Communications

  • Applicant should possess a Master’s Degree
  • Applicant must have 8+year’srelevant experience in communications.
  • Applicant must have an established network of local and national media contacts.
  • Applicant must have experience being the lead external relations contact for media and stakeholders.
  • Applicant must have a strong sense of the news agenda and the ability to make issues and campaigns relevant.

  • Applicant must have experience supporting in the creation and delivery of social media and digital campaigns.
  • Applicant must have experience working with or for the government in a communications capacity.
  • Applicant must have experience in Nigeria working in communications for political, campaigning, non-profit, or social enterprise. Experience with a multinational organization is a plus.
  • Applicant must have experience working within a matrixed global organization.
  • Applicant must have strong experience in creating and executing communications plans and strategies.
  • Applicant must have strong writing and editorial skills.
  • Applicant must have a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to both manage and execute programs.
  • Applicants must have an extremely proactive and determined attitude.
  • Applicant must have prior experience within a fast-paced, disruptor, metric-driven consulting or educational organization is a bonus.

Requirements for Programme Manager, Schools

  • Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Business Management, or any relevant field.
  • Applicant must have at least 5 years relevant experience, including extensive experience in operations, program management, managing field teams, retail, sales, and customer strategy.
  • Applicant must have prior experience working within a fast-paced, metric-driven sales organization; start-up or high-growth company experience preferred.
  • Applicant must have experience working with low-income customers; community engagement in the education or health sector is a major plus.
  • Applicant must have experience planning events; interacting with major stakeholders; community, business, and government.
  • Applicant must have passion for Bridge’s vision of democratizing the right for all children to succeed

Requirements for Manager, IT Operations

  • Applicant should possess a Degree from a recognized university with top marks in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Applicant must have 5-10 years of relevant IT/industry work experience
  • Applicant must have excellent technical knowledge of PC hardware
  • Applicant must have working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Windows desktop (7/8/X) and Windows Server (at least 2012) experience
  • Routers, switches, and firewall experience
  • Microsoft Office support
  • Active Directory administration
  • TCP/IP
  • Applicant must have experience working and training on a variety of IT subjects and applications
  • Applicant must have excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Applicant must have good research skills, including the ability to identify and propose solutions to issues/crisis
  • Applicant must have knowledge of Android technologies, smartphones, LAN, and Wifi configurations
  • Applicant must have experience with the admin of Microsoft systems such as Navision, IIS, or Sharepoint.
  • Applicant must have experience with AWS.
  • Applicant must have experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant Microsoft certification
