Requirements for Administrative Assistant

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Applicant must have 0 – 1 year experience
Applicants must have high ethics, integrity, and judgment.
Applicant must have strong communication skills,
Research, analyze information/data, and make recommendations.
Applicant must have proficiency and Knowledge in Google Workspace and be tech-savvy.
May involve traveling to different parts of the country as necessary.

Requirements for Executive Assistant

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
Applicant must have Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
Applicant must be highly skilled in the Microsoft Office suite.
Applicant must have an in-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
Applicant must be excellent with time management and able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.
Applicant must have a knack for working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
Applicant must have a professional level of verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
Adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence.
Able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise.
Applicant must have experience in a high-growth technology startup.

Requirements for Business Development Lead

Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Applicant must have 2 – 3 years of sales experience.
Applicant must have proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Applicant must have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Applicant must be Highly self-motivated.
Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Applicant must have a working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
