Requirements for Finance Assistant (Volunteer)
- Applicant should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 0-3 years experience.
- Applicant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicant must have knowledge of NGO donors and their financial reporting requirements
- Applicant must have excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Applicant must have good analytical and reporting skills
- Applicant must have strong ability to be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Applicant must have the willingness to learn at all times.
- Applicant must have experience in working in a humanitarian setting, (I/NGO) is an added advantage
- Applicant must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software skills.
Requirements for Human Resources / Admin Officer (Volunteer)
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 0-3 years experience.
- Working experience in management and administration in all facets of HR, Talent acquisition, talent management, administration of staff contracts and entitlements, procurement and logistics, interpretation and implementation of staff rules and regulations and development of HR guidelines in a complex humanitarian environment;
- Previous working experience in an international organization is an advantage;
- A high degree of computer literacy is required; good knowledge of MS Office suite and PRISM is essential.
- Applicant must have the ability to prepare clear and concise reports;
- Applicant must have excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to analyse complex problems and identify and convey clear, rapid solutions;
- Applicant must have strong general analytical skills; and,
- Applicant must have strong organizational skills.
- Applicant must be proficient in English and Hausa which may include written and/or oral assessments.
Requirements for Nutrition Assistant (Volunteer)
- Applicant should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 0-1 year experience.
- Applicant must have experience in Nutrition and community-based programming will be an added advantage
- Applicant must have familiarity with the Humanitarian context.
- Applicant must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to be respectful, kind, sensitive and empathize with all beneficiaries and their caregivers
- Applicant must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Applicant must have fluency in written and spoken English
- Understands Hausa and Kanuri/Shuwa
- Applicant must have acceptable IT Skills
- Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills.
