Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

Applicants Must Have an HND / B.Sc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
Applicants Must Have A minimum of 3 years+ experience in MEP.
Applicants Must Have Construction estimating experience
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of construction.
Applicants Must Have Excellent Negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Requirements for HVAC Engineer

Applicants Must Have an HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Applicants Must Have A minimum of 15 years of work experience in an HVAC role.
Applicants Must Have Understanding of Building and Construction.
Applicants Must Have Proficient in the use of CAD and other design software.
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
Applicants Must Have Leadership and management skills.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Applicants Must Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Applicants Must Have Good troubleshooting skills & attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have a Keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer

Applicants Must Have an HND / B.Sc in Electrical Engineering; MSc is a plus.
Applicants Must Have A minimum of 15 years of work experience in building services.
Applicants Must Have Proficient in the use of CAD and other design software.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
Applicants Must Have Leadership and management skills.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Applicants Must Have Good troubleshooting skills & attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have a Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing electrical systems.
Applicants Must Ensure designs meet legal guidelines and safety requirements.
