Requirements for Area Coordinator
- University Degree in Social Sciences, Business or Technical Sciences.
- A minimum of five years of relevant working experience is required.
- At least three years of demonstrated successful experience in international relief and development in a similar position is required.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Experience in working in conflict-prone environments.
- Experience in liaising with governmental/local authorities, IOs, and NGOs.
- Fluency in English language.
- Computer literate.
- A proven capacity to work in a team is essential. Experience in managing staff is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in stressful environments and under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics, procurement, and security procedures.
- Previous experience in Nigeria.
- Previous experience with COOPI.
Requirements for Logistics Officer
- University Degrees in either Logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent, Business Administration, or another relevant field experience with additional years of related work experience and/or specialized training/courses.
- At least 3 years working with an INGO in a similar position.
- Experience working in the North West or North East is an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of Supply Chain and procurement cycle, concepts, and principles with a broad knowledge of best practices and techniques.
- Knowledge of common procurement/logistics principles and possesses and the ability to quickly assimilate COOPI and donors’ processes and systems;
- Ability to rapidly analyze and integrate diverse information.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and adapt quickly to different situations;
- Excellent oral, and writing skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work independently and in a team with other departments and units.
Requirements for Warehouse Management Officer
- University Degree in either Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent, Business Administration, or another relevant field experience with additional years of related work experience and/or specialized training/courses.
- At least 3 years working in Warehouse Management with an INGO.
- Experience working in North West or North East Nigeria will be an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of warehouse management, concepts, and principles with a broad knowledge of best practices and techniques.
- Knowledge of common procurement/logistics principles and possesses and the ability to quickly assimilate COOPI and donors’ processes and systems;
- Ability to rapidly analyze and integrate diverse information.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and adapt quickly to different situations;
