The company was founded by Engr. Lai Omotola. In a space of Nine (9) years, an additional 14 companies were added to make up CFL Group as it is known today. In 2015, CFL Group became a full-fledged infrastructure company cutting across Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture, and Transportation. We are a fully indigenous Nigeria Company located in Lagos.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
- Applicants Must Have a B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying or any related course.
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or any related field.
- Applicants Must Have Related Professional courses will be an added advantage.
- Applicants Must Have Pricing/forecasting the cost of different materials
- Applicants Must Have Prepared documents, bills, and documents.
- Track changes in designs and other constructions.
- Liaise with contractors.
- Pay subcontractors
- Write reports, etc.
Requirements for Dispatch Rider
- Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
Requirements for Structural Engineer
- Applicants Must Have a B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying or any related course.
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or any related field.
- Applicants Must Have Related Professional courses will be an added advantage.
