Requirements for Business Intelligence Analyst

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Studies (or equivalent qualification/experience) with 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
Applicants Must Have Membership in ACCA, NIM, NIMN, ACA, NSE, CIB, ACIA, ICSAN, or other relevant professional bodies.
Applicants Must Have Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, Access, or related software.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and facilitative skills.
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving, planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
Applicants Must Have Attention to Detail and organizational skills.
Applicants Must Have Business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
Applicants Must be Self-motivated, team players with a strong work ethic.
Applicants Must Have Creativity and Innovation.
Applicants Must Have a Customer Focus.

Requirements for Sales and Marketing Executive

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Applicants Must Have Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of merchandising, branding, or FMCG is an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Pleasant personalities, smart, intelligent with an eye for details.

Requirements for Accountant

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience as a financial accountant or in a similar role. ACA or ACCA equivalent certification is an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Excellent comprehension of accounting systems and proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks.
Applicants Must Have Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel in addition to proficiency in Sage accounting software.
Applicants Must Have an In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures and proficiency in mathematics.
Applicants Must be Prudent and have solid time management skills.
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work efficiently.
Applicants Must be Self-determined, confident, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
