The following vacancies are currently available at the College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM) Recruitment

• Academic Officer
• Administrative Officer
• Driver

Requirements for Academic Officer

• Applicants Must Have a B.Sc / HND in Insurance / Social Sciences or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience performing similar related roles in a well-structured organization.
• Applicants Must Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of computer-based control systems and shared network drives, and maintain a database of trainers and training activities.
• Applicants Must Have excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Applicants Must Have experience in organizing and coordinating training programs and activities
• Applicants Must Have experience in supporting training needs
• Applicants Must Have experience in curriculum development including defining specific knowledge and practical skill sets.
• Applicants Must Have been previously involved in the training
• Applicants Must Exhibit good network and partnership skills with local training sites and
• Applicants Must Have Training providers as well as coordinate their efforts.

Requirements for Administrative Officer

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of B.Sc. in Social / Management Sciences
• Applicants Must Have 5 Years of experience in an Administrative capacity,y, especially in a higher institution of learning.
• Applicants Must Have Not More than 35 Years of Age.
• Applicants Must be computer literate and be able to make excellent use of programs in Microsoft Office and IT including networking, databases, and email.
• Applicants Must Have the  Ability to multi-task is essential
• Applicants Must Have Good interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork and demonstrable initiative and attention to details
• Applicants Must Have Professional qualifications would be an added advantage
• Gender: Male

Requirements for Driver

• Applicants should possess a minimum of WAEC or OND (Applicant must be able to read and write Basic English)
• Applicants Must have at least 5 years experience on a similar job Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License and (LASRI)
• Applicants Must know Lagos road
• Applicants Must be versatile with road safety rules and regulations
• Applicants Must be ready to travel
• Applicants Must be between the aged 30 – 40 years.
• Applicants Must live within Mowe Ibafo and its environments.
