Requirements for Loan Officer
- The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc / in any related discipline.
- Can be a Male or Female
- Can be between 28- 45years old at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates)
- In-depth knowledge of the MS-Office,
- 1- 3 years in microfinance banking operations as a loan officer.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
- Well-organized and result oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.
- Should be bold and have good communication skills.
Requirements for Operations Manager
- The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.
- Can be a Male or Female
- Can be between 28 – 45 years old at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates)
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
- 3 – 7 years in microfinance banking operations.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
- Well-organized and result oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.
- Should be bold and have good communication skills.
Requirements for Branch Manager
- The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.
- Applicant Can be a Male or Female
- Applicant Can be between 28 – 45 years old at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates)
- Applicants Must Have In-depth Knowledge of the MS Office.
- Applicants Must Have 3 – 7 years in microfinance banking operations.
- Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants Must Have High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
- Applicants Must Have Well-organized and result oriented.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.
- Applicants Should be bold and have good communication skills.
