Cedarcrest Hospitals Limited was founded in Abuja in January 2008. The hospital started as a mono-specialty center and was formerly known as Cedarcrest Orthopaedic Clinics Ltd. Within a few years the hospital expanded its scope of services and has become a leading private multispecialty hospital. The core vision of the organization is to provide world-class specialist healthcare services to patients in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. Cedarcrest Hospitals Ltd currently has four hospitals located in Abuja, Lagos, Kainji, and Jebba having over one hundred (100) bed capacity without patient camps in several other cities across Nigeria. Our services and facilities span several specialties and include an emergency/trauma center, radiology diagnostic center, prosthetic manufacturing plant, oxygen manufacturing plant, modular surgical operating theatres, gastrointestinal endoscopy suite, and several other facilities that make for a modern multispecialty hospital.

Requirements for Recruitment and Training Specialist

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Applicants Must Have In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Applicants Must Have Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and employees.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Applicants Must Have Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Applicants Must Have Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to Work independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants Must Have HR certification (e.g. CIPM) is a plus.

Requirements for Perioperative Nurse

• Applicants Must Have RN and RPON
• BSN Preferred
• Applicants Must Have BLS certification
• Applicants Must Have 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Applicants Must Have Basic computer skills.
• Applicants Must Have a Professional, friendly attitude.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in the emergency room or intensive care
• Applicants Must Have Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Applicants Must Have Highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile

Requirements for Paramedic

• Applicants Must Have HND EMT – Paramedics Degree or any related field
• Applicants Must Have Ambulance work experience.
• Applicants Must Have Strong communication skills
• Applicants Must Have Empathy and care for others
• Applicants Must Have The ability to make swift decisions and stay calm under pressure
• Applicants Must Have A good level of physical fitness
• Applicants Must Have Navigational and driving skills
• Resilience
• Applicants Must Have Stamina.
• Applicants Must Have the ability to lift, carry and balance up to 70 pounds/32 kilograms.
• Applicants Must Have Good manual dexterity, with the ability to perform all tasks related to the role.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, and possess hand-eye-foot coordination and color recognition.
