Requirements for Corporate Citizenship Manager

  • Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Applicant must have Proven experience of 7+ years in corporate citizenship, corporate social responsibility, or related fields with
  • Applicant must have a Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and social impact measurement.
  • Applicant must have Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate diverse initiatives.
  • Applicant must be Passionate about creating a positive impact and driving positive change in society.
  • Applicant must have Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong partnerships.
  • Applicant must have a Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, seeking innovative solutions for social challenges.

Requirements for General Manager

  • Applicant should possess a Master’s Degree in Business or equivalent required
  • Applicant must have 10+ years of management experience with demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Applicant must have 7+ years of operations management and leadership experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Applicant must have Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role (Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, etc.) for a Holdings Company/Group of Companies preferred.
  • Applicant must have An entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation, process excellence, and quality improvement.
  • Applicant must have Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Applicant must have Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and financial skills.

Requirements for Government and External Affairs Manager

  • Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Applicant must have a Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in government affairs, external relations, or public affairs within the IT industry or a related sector.
  • Applicant must have a Strong understanding of government structures, policy development processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Applicant must have Demonstrated success in identifying and securing opportunities from government entities.
  • Applicant must have Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of establishing high-level government contacts.
  • Applicant must have Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Applicants must have the ability to navigate complex political landscapes and build relationships at all levels of government and industry associations.
  • Applicant must have Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives to achieve specific advocacy objectives.
  • Applicant must have an Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact of policies on the Group’s operations and make data-driven recommendations.
