Requirements for Senior Administrative Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Master’s will be a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in administrative support functions, with increasing responsibility. Experience with a local or international NGO is a plus.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong customer service orientation with very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ethical conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented and results-oriented
• Languages – English
• Travel- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25 %.

Requirements for Information and Communication Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Networking, Programming, and Information Systems) is required. Significant work experience in a directly related field combined with appropriate training/certificates may substitute for a degree.
• Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent, Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent, Microsoft SharePoint Foundations or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation Certified.
• One to two years of work experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in introduction, design, implementation, and adoption of relevant technology and data management tools.
• Required Languages – English
• Travel – Must be willing and able to travel up to 25 %.
• Good relationship management skills.Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally with a strong client-service focus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas and concerns in a non-technical manner.
• Strategic, analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to see the big picture, make sound decisions, and offer non-standard solutions.
• Able to maintain confidential information.
• Proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and results-oriented.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience building ICT capacity with professional staff.

Requirements for Project Officer – ICT4MEAL

• MA / MSc Degree or BA / BSc Degree in Computer Science / Database management / Data Science
• At least 3 years relevant experience for MA/MSc or 5 years relevant experience for BA/BSC degree in a related role within an international NGO
• Knowledge of technical principles and concepts in ICT4D with general knowledge of other related disciplines like Statistics humanity, and science to ensure a proper cross-sectoral approach.
• Certification in advanced database design, management, and deployment (Microsoft TechnologyAssociate) is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years minimum experience working with relational database systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and administration of a database.
• Familiar with data collection technologies, such as CommCare, CSPro, Survey123, and other related data collection platforms
• Expert knowledge of GIS mapping and Geospatial analysis using ArcGIS is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using MS PowerBi and other visualization software is an added advantage.
• Experience in capacity building of partners and frontline/field-based staff and communities on ICTs
