Requirements for Consultant – Design CRII Performance Dashboard on Power BI

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field (Desirable).
Applicants Must have Five or more years of experience in dev dashboard.
Applicants Must have At least three years of modeling experience and knowledge of CommcRose, Red Rose, and other data war modeling techniques.
Applicants Must have Experience with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Applicants Must have the ability to communicate, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing.
Applicants Must have Five or more years of experience with data analysis and data profiling using SQL and other tools.
Applicants Must have High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
Applicants Must have the Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide so solution solutions and recommendations.

Requirements for Senior Human Resources Officer

Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant field required.
Applicants Must have a Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Organizational Development preferred.
Applicants Must have a Minimum of five years’ work experience in HR, preferably with an International or local NGO, with at least three of these years overseeing the HR function and strong knowledge of HR best practices and standards.
Applicants Must have Strong relations management abilities. Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally. Strategic in how they approach each relationship.
Applicants Must have Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
Applicants Must have Very good planning, monitoring, and organizational skills
Applicants Must have Able to maintain confidential information.
Applicants Must have Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and results-oriented.
Applicants Must have a Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Requirements for Administrative Assistant

Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, and any other related field. Professional diploma/Certificate or courses in Administration preferred.
Applicants Must have 1 – 2 years of experience working in an office environment in a clerical or administrative role. Experience with a local or international NGO is a plus.
Applicants Must have Additional education may substitute for some experience.
Applicants Must have Experience with typing/word processing, data entry into online databases and forms, and working with various office equipment.
Applicants Must have Experience in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and information management systems. Proficient in Word.
