Requirements for Head, Warehouse Section

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc / HND in any course from a reputable university.
• Applicants Must Have 3 years of work experience in factory and warehouse operations and equipment use.
• Applicants Must Have Physically fit to drive a forklift, batch, lift heavy items, and arrange patterns.
• Applicants Must Have a Good head for calculations, reconciliations, stock count, and warehouse documentation.
• Applicants Must Have a Friendly disposition to work with diverse teams in the production line, dispatch, and QC.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to adapt to changing work environments, timing, and processes.
• Applicants Must Have A positive mindset to offer solutions to operational problems.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to use Ms. Excel as an inventory tool and generate reports.
• Applicants Must be Honest and able to put in extra man-hours during emergencies.
• Applicants Must Have Strong Knowledge of Warehouse security SOP and equipment maintenance.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills in both oral and written and must speak the Hausa language.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate and get results.
• Applicants Must Have Calmness while under immense pressure to deliver.

Requirements for Operations Administrator

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in administrative work.
• Applicants Must Have Great analytical skills.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of management systems and procedures
• Applicants Must Have Excellent with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Applicants Must be Attentive with a keen eye for detail.
• Applicants Must Have The willingness to learn.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements for Senior Market Research Project Officer – Biomass

• Applicants Must Have Experience working with a Social Enterprise, Market Research Role, and/or other relevant fields.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Applicants Must Have a Strong commitment and capacity to engage internal stakeholders and product designers through a participatory and consultative approach to strategy development.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in data management, analysis, study designs, and data quality
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to navigate the internal organization structure and work with stakeholders across regions and cultures.
• Applicants Must Have Self-driven and able to ideate and scope their deliverables.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to interpret research requests and lead brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders.
• Applicants Must Have Crafting research problems and hypotheses to be tested.
• Applicants Must Identify relevant research study types and methodologies for execution.
• Applicants Must Have Craft representative sample compositions to fulfill the objective of the study.
• Applicants Must Have Developed accurate study tools, i.e., questionnaires and discussion guides that are in line with study objectives.
