Requirements for Fiber Technician

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Splicing Technician should be able to prep fiber optic cables into new enclosures, splice trays, and fusion splice optic fiber cables ranging from single fiber to large count cables including performing mid entries, or ring cuts when needed.

Requirements for Performance Management Officer (PMO)

• Design, implement, and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams to understand the goals of the organization and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
• Develop KPIs for all roles in the group, ensuring each unit has a job profile bible.
• Ensure targeted communication in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
• Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements in line with ongoing strategic imperatives
• Provide support and coordination for Performance Management and improvement initiatives, ensuring their alignment to improving the organization’s operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness; and ultimately evaluating the impact that these initiatives have on organizational performance
• Continuously seek to improve the performance management process, by taking identified bottlenecks and areas of improvement and proffering solutions to them by updating policies and simulations.

Requirements for Fiber Engineer

• The Fiber Optic Design Engineer Specialist is responsible for conducting fiber optic detailed network design for middle-mile and last-mile fiber-based networks or Fiber to the Home projects.
