Requirements for Shoe Cobbler

• Operates stitching machine or stitches by hand to repair broken or missed stitches and to replace parts.
• Relasts the shoe to remove defects, such as wrinkles from outer parts, bunching of inner parts, and crooked seams.
• Repairs shoes damaged in the manufacturing process: Inspects shoes or reads tickets to determine defects.
• Removes damaged parts, using hand tools, such as knife, hammer, lasting tool, prying tool, and tack puller.
• Aligns and cement parts, such as edges, bindings, heels, soles, and uppers of the shoe by hand.
• May be designated according to part of the shoe repaired as Cobbler, Sole; Cobbler, Upper; Lining Repairer; or according to the method of shoe construction as Cobbler.
• May fill holes and cracks in shoes, using colored wax filler.

Requirements for Business Developer

• Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
• Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
• Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
• Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
• Developing and pitching ideas to potential investors
• Strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements for Dispatch Rider

• Applicants should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND qualification with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
