Requirements for Finance & Admin Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field (Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related Finance field).
- 5 – 6 years of NGO experience is required. Experience implementing USAID-funded projects in Nigeria is essential.
- Applicant Must be fluent in English.
Requirements for Administrative Assistant II
- Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Applicant must have 3 – 4 years of experience working with donor-funded projects in administrative and procurement-related tasks
- Applicant must have working experience with USAID-funded projects is an added advantage.
- Applicant must have working Knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Applicant must know administrative procedures.
- Applicant must be well-organized, with the ability to track multiple activities and deadlines.
- Applicant must have the ability to work successfully in a cross-cultural, team-based environment.
Requirements for Receptionist
- Applicant must have a minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree;
- Applicant must have 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Applicant must have experience working with donor-funded projects is desirable;
- Applicant must have working Knowledge of MS Office Packages;
- Applicant must know basic administrative procedures;
- Applicant must have strong verbal communication skills (written & spoken) in the English language
- Applicant must have strong problem-solving skills;
- Applicant must have the ability to work independently and proactively
