Requirements for Qualitative Researcher

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of five years of experience conducting qualitative analysis for health-related development projects.
• Applicants Must Have Strong experience in qualitative data collection techniques, such as interviews and focus group discussions.
• Applicants Must Have a Good understanding of public health and behavioral research principles.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in local languages spoken in the selected areas (Kebbi, Lagos, FCT, and Rivers) for effective communication with participants- Hausa required for Kebbi and FCT applicants, Yoruba in Lagos, and Pidgin English in Rivers state.
• Applicants Must Have Attention to detail and the ability to document data accurately.
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with research ethics and confidentiality protocols.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to conduct a literature review on a specified theme.
• Applicants Must Have Fluency in the English language (Spoken and written)
• Applicants Must Have Proof of previous experience collecting qualitative data.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to mobilize resources and deliver within a specified timeline.

Requirements for Lead Consultant, Qualitative Research

• Applicants Must Have an Advanced Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field with a focus on Qualitative Research.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in designing and conducting qualitative research studies, preferably in the field of infectious diseases or public health.
• Applicants Must Have a Strong understanding of behavioral research methodologies, data collection techniques, and analysis frameworks.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software or tools.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Applicants Must Have Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex qualitative data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Applicants Must Have Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of research ethics and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements for Transcription and Translation Consultant

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of Five years of experience conducting qualitative analysis for health-related development projects.

• Applicants Must Have Provision of at least 2 samples of previous work (To be provided if contacted).
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to mobilize resources and deliver within a specified timeline.
