Requirements for Technical Support Officer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
- Applicant must have 2 years cognate experience in Network Engineering from software & telecommunications-related organizations, especially ISP firms.
- Applicant must have the ability and wiliness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
- Applicant must have the ability to work under no or minimal supervision.
- Applicants may be required to work weekends and shifts.
- Age Bracket: 25 – 40 years of age.
Requirements for Sales & Marketing Manager
- Applicant should possess BA / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or Social Science from a reputable institution.
- Applicant must have relevant professional qualifications.
- Applicant must have managerial role experience.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years and above in the telecoms industry.
- Experienced female preferably.
- Age Bracket: 35 – 45 years of age.
- Applicants must have the leadership to drive the sales team.
- Applicant must have an understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Applicant must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Applicant must have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Applicant must have persuasive skills and the ability to close deals independently.
- Experience in management is an advantage.
- Applicant must have the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Applicant must have a commanding personality with credibility to penetrate & influence decision-makers of our target audience.
- Applicant must be a team player.
Requirements for Customer Support Officer
- Applicant must be a Degree holder in Mass Communication, English, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Science from a reputable higher institution.
- Applicant must have good problem-solving skills.
- Applicants must have the ability to communicate clearly.
- Applicant must be a highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focused on improving business performance through exceptional Network – Strategies/Solutions execution, reporting, and evaluation.
- Applicant must have service and process knowledge.
- Applicants must have a friendly attitude.
- Applicant must have empathy.
- Applicant must have good time management skills.
- Applicant must possess excellent customer interface, analytical, and presentation skills and be able to influence internal and external organizations.
