Requirements for Market Developer

Candidates should possess an OND or B.Sc Degree and must have 2 years of work experience.
Thrive on creating and selling innovative ideas and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate discounts
Must have excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct customers on the telephone and internally
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Candidates must be in the wine and spirit industry.
The ability to drive is compulsory
Candidates must be residents of Aba.

Requirements for Key Account Executive

Should have 4 years and above work experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Thrive on creating and selling innovative ideas and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Previous or present experience in the Wine/bottling industry will be an added advantage.
The candidate must be living in Benin.
Candidates MUST know how to drive.

Requirements for Manufacturing Manager (Wine Factory)

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
7+ years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership skills.
Team player/builder and a driver of value-added results.
Good problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence others and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience in ISO and NAFDAC quality and standards preferred.
Experience in running manufacturing ERP. Acumatica will be an advantage.
Proven track record of success in implementing programs and business initiatives.
Strong internal and external communication, and team-building skills.
Ability to energize and develop all levels of the manufacturing team.
A Global mindset.
Experience in expanding plant sites preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and attention to detail
Well-skilled in the areas of relationship building, negotiations, communication, computer knowledge, innovations, and drive.
