Requirements for Product Manager (International Tourism)

Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s Degree is a plus.)
Applicants Must have Proven experience in product management, preferably in the international travel or tourism industry.
Applicants Must have A passion for travel and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and global destinations.
Applicants Must have Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Applicants Must have Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers and partners.
Applicants Must have a Creative mindset with a focus on delivering unique and memorable travel experiences for our customers.
Applicants Must have Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and an interest in promoting responsible travel initiatives.
Applicants Must have Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced travel environment.
Applicants Must have International travel experience and proficiency in multiple languages are advantageous.

Requirements for Production a Manager (a Pilgrimage)

Applicants Must have Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus.)
Applicants Must have Proven experience in product management, preferably in the travel or pilgrimage industry.
Applicants Must have a Strong understanding of the cultural and religious considerations of both Muslim and Christian pilgrims.
Applicants Must have Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth for products or services.
Applicants Must have Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and manage partnerships effectively.
Applicantsthinkersave Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product plans aligned with business objectives.
Applicants Must have a Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-backed decisions.
Applicants Must have a Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.
Applicants Must have Familiarity with religious pilgrimage destinations and practices is an advantage.

Requirements for Growth Manager (Discova Trips)

Applicants Must have a Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (a Master’s Degree will be an additional advantage).
Applicants Must have At least 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Applicants Must have a Strong understanding of the local and international tourism industry and market dynamics.
Applicants Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with local and international tourism authorities, travel agencies, and hospitality businesses.
Applicants Must have Strategic thinkers with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.
Applicants Must be Results-driven and able to lead and motivate a team to achieve tourism-related objectives.
Applicants Must havean Analytical mindset with the capability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Applicants Must have Familiarity with local and international tourism destinations and attractions is a plus.
