Requirements for Guest Service Agent
- The applicant must possess National Diploma in Social Sciences or Hotel and Catering Management with a minimum of 2 years of cognate experience from reputable hotels or guest houses.
- Applicants Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and relational skills.
- Applicants Must possess the ability to handle and solve customers’ problems promptly.
- Applicants Must be computer literate, a team player; flexible, not easily provoked, highly sensitive and security conscious, customer-centric, and always hungry for and able to deliver timely results.
Requirements for Maintenance Assistant
- Applicants Must have a Trade Test Certificate I, II/III or OND in Electrical Electronics / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Technical School, must be someone who has proven practical/field experience in managing and handling electrical matters in a structured setting, good knowledge of managing heavy-duty generators (diesel engines such as 250- 350KVAs).
- Applicants Must be intelligent, firm, assertive, level-headed, able to work under pressure, disciplined, and preventive-maintenance driven.
- Applicants must be highly sensitive, observant, and proactive individuals, able to foresee and proffer solutions to electrical or power problems or related issues before they occur.
Requirements for Driver
- Applicants should be a Senior School Certificate holder; must be a person of integrity, good character, disciplined, and has good knowledge of traffic codes and signs.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, possess a valid driver’s, license, and ability to drive lightweight-weight vehicles (small cars and buses) and trucks (14-16 tons) would be added advantage.
- Applicants Must Have A primary school leaving certificate holder with a good and impeccable knowledge of driving with at least 10 years rs driving experience may equally apply.
