Requirements for Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer

Engineer University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong Knowledge in Turbo machineries.
Minimum 10 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer including 5 in the Petrochemical industry.
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory operational position.

Requirements for Supply Chain Methods Engineer (Performance & Support)

Minimum of a Second-Class University Degree in Engineering, Business, or a Supply Chain discipline plus 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Ideally, the last 2 years should have been in a Supply Chain capacity, preferably within the Total Energies or any IOC.
Very good knowledge of C&P SC tools including UNISUP, Planning tools, e-sourcing tools & NIPEX, in addition to other Business & Computing tools.
Demonstrate high capacity for mathematical calculations and analysis.
Demonstrable commitment to excellence, respect for deadlines, team spirit, and good communication skills.
Computer literacy is mandatory and paramount on and off the job.
Have very good notions in training techniques and a good dose of diplomacy.

Requirements for Contract Engineer

Be fluent in English Languages
Be educated to Degree level or Masters Level – Engineering, Law or Business
Have demonstrable experience and capacity to handle highly complex Contracts, i.e., Drilling & Wells and associated services, EPSCC Contracts from end to end.
Have a minimum of 5 years practical experience in drafting, and negotiating the most complex contracts., i.e., Drilling & Wells, EPSCC, and Logistics contracts as well as contractual strategy preparation, Call for Tender management, submission of Recommendation to Award etc,
Have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Have a good knowledge of contractual legal framework under English/Nigerian Law, and deep knowledge of Oil & Gas industry operational risks and contractual mechanisms to manage such risks.
Preferably be a member of a reputable Supply Chain professional body (E.g CIPS, IACCM)
Have a minimum of 5 years practical experience in drafting, and negotiating the most complex contracts., i.e., Drilling & Wells, EPSCC, and Logistics contracts as well as contractual strategy preparation, Call for Tender management, submission of Recommendation to Award etc,
Being familiar with NUIMS, the NCDMB process shall be advantageous,
Demonstrate ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments in a dynamic business environment.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of Legal, Commercial, and Insurance aspects of contracts
Demonstrate experience in sourcing negotiations, supplier management, and contract management.
Have the ability to challenge others constructively and negotiate with internal peers and other stakeholder representatives to influence decisions or ways of working.
Have excellent presentation skills
Have very good organizational skills
Have a reasonable knowledge of the SAP tool
