Requirements for Africa Sales Team Member

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Sales, or related field)
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 1 year experience in sales management.
Applicants Must reside in Lagos
Applicants Must Have Proven knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
Applicants Must be proficient in basic accounting.
Detail-oriented.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills.
Applicants Must Have The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
Sound organizational skills.
Applicants Must Have The ability to motivate staff and lead a team

Requirements for After Sales Officer

Graduate of any course related to Electrical / Electronics Engineering
1-2 years of practical experience as a Sales Officer in a solar company
Must live close proximity to Ojodu( Ikeja, Ogba, Ojoto, Ketu, Agege)
Has prior work experience in solar PV systems and installation
Willing to do on-site/field works
Has a driver’s license
Excellent time management communication and customer relationship management skills.

Requirements for Customer Service Officer

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any related course
Applicants Must be very fluent in the English language
Applicants Must Have At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Applicants Must Have Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Applicants Must Have Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of social media platforms
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of administrative procedures
Numeric, oral, and written language applications
Applicants Must live within the Ogba, Ojodu, Berger, Agege, and Ikeja environs.
