Requirements for Marketer

Minimum 2 years of experience in traditional marketing or FMCG sales.

Requirements for Baker

Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience, preferably with experience working with alternative flours.
Strong understanding of baking principles, including dough formation,
temperature control, and equipment usage.
Proven ability to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
Passion for exploring new ingredients and flavors, particularly cassava-based products.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following food safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing effectively to a collaborative environment.

Requirements for National Sales Manager

University graduate with a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing (Preferable).
3-5 years experience in FMCG or a Food Company.
Ability to develop the strategy for market penetration across multiple distribution channels for the company’s products.
Proficient in the development of a strategic marketing structure and team to drive the company’s marketing targets in Sales consistently.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite and with a good grasp of Digital & social media marketing operations.
