Requirements for Telesales / Call Center Officer
- Applicant should possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc
- Applicant must have already attained the Award in Financial Administration or are keen to work towards this qualification.
- Applicants must be diligent and conscientious in the accuracy of their work and have excellent attention to detail.
- Applicant must have excellent Customer Service experience with a “Can Do”, proactive attitude.
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicant must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to work under pressure.
- Applicant must have intermediate knowledge and experience with MS Office.
Requirements for Executive Credit Manager
- Applicant should possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
Requirements for HR Officer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer
- Applicant must have demonstrated an understanding of HR processes
- Preferable CIPM Qualified (or studying towards CIPM)
- Applicant must have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Applicant must be conversant in IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google work tools
- Applicant must have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicant must have personal resilience and the capacity to work effectively and stay calm under pressure
- Applicant must have demonstrated customer care skills
- Applicant must have the ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality is essential
- Applicant must have good team working skills
- Applicant must have confidentiality & discretion
- Applicant must have an understanding of various HR software systems is a plus
- Applicant must have a good understanding of employment laws
- Applicant Must be able to prioritize and organize own workload with attention to detail.
