Requirements for Technical Manager, Tower Maintenance
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Preferred experience includes at least one of the following:
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance and field supervision of wireless communication structures.
- Minimum of 5 years in construction, field engineering, or rectification of wireless communications structures.
- Certified to climb towers.
- An active member of a professional organization or technical society is preferred.
- Experienced in installation and rectification works for tower structures.
- Sound knowledge of general construction and safety practices.
- Sound knowledge of product and materials quality.
- Ability to climb towers and perform inspections.
- Experience in interfacing and managing contractors and customers.
- Knowledge of customer’s site development and equipment installation practices.
- Ability to drive effective negotiations in establishing agreements with contractors and customers.
- Ability to think creatively to generate solutions by utilizing technical background to conceptualize solutions and proposals in line with customer requirements.
- Focus on accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed timeframes through effective prioritization of duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and in collaboration with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to accomplish assigned tasks.
Requirements for Manager, Power Solutions Tech and Support
- Bachelor’s degree as an Electrical/Electronic Engineer (or similar)
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Telecommunications site operations management
- At least 4+ years’ experience in power designing and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring that projects are clearly defined, systematically executed, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage the various internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify problems on all relevant components of telecom site equipment and infrastructure
- Advanced data analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proven knowledge and ability to analyze and solve complex logical problem
- Adherence to Project Management best practices, processes, and standards within the organization are required.
- Established skills to coach and mentor less experienced Telecom Engineers
- Capable of working independently and delivering appropriate and timely feedback to senior team members and management as required
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
- Must be willing to travel and be available to provide support always.
- Must have good presentation skills and result oriented
- Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the ATC Nigeria organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results
- Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

Requirements for Logistics Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Inventory Management.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Warehouse Management within the Telecom industry.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Familiar with Passive Telecommunication Network Equipment.
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian importation process
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety requirements within the Telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
- Excellent process creation and implementation skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume time-sensitive environment.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term mutually beneficial client relationships.
- Self-motivated; Able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests, as well as collaborate with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions.
