Requirements for Relationship Manager, High Net Worth Individual (HNI)
- Applicants Must have a B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Applicants Must have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
Requirements for Junior Project Manager
- Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree Qualifications in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. A Master’s Degree or higher in any of the above or related fields or related fields combined with a specialized experience in similar projects is an added advantage.
- Applicants Must have 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience in supporting the development and delivery of infrastructure at a reputable institution, preferably infrastructure consulting/advisory.
- Applicants Must have Demonstrated experience of working with various National and subnational entities in the infrastructure space in Nigeria.
- Applicants Must have International delivery experience is an advantage.
- Applicants Must have The ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Applicants Must have Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to perform other functions as directed.
- Applicants Must have Excellent people/team skills, the ability to manage small scale small-scale work collaboratively as part of a project team and manage external relationships
- Applicants Must have the Ability to work effectively independently and constructively with diverse, inter-cultural, and high-impact high-implicants Must have an inquisitive mindset
Requirements for Senior Project Manager
- Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Applicants Must have a Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, preferably with experience in PPP projects.
- Applicants Must have Knowledge of PPP financing models, contract structures, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Applicants Must have Strong project planning and execution capabilities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Applicants Must have the ability to identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
- Applicants Must have Excellent organizational skills to coordinate various stakeholders, contractors, and consultants effectively.
- Applicants Must have Familiarity with financial modeling, cost estimation, and budget management for PPP projects.
- Applicants Must have Experience in negotiating contracts and managing the financial aspects of PPP agreements.
