Requirements for Planning and Administrative Officer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
- Applicant must have 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Applicant must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Requirements for Executive Driver
- Applicant should possess a minimum of SSCE or OND
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Driver
- Applicant must reside around Oshodi/Gbagada
- Applicant must have a valid Driver’s Licence and LASDRI Card
- Applicant must have good customer service skills
- Applicant must have good communication skills
- Applicant must be energetic with a strong work ethic.
Requirements for Plumbing Technician
- Applicant should possess a minimum of O’ Level qualification
- Trade-test I, II & III/NTC/ NABTEB is a must-have
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber
- Applicants living in Lagos will be considered
- Applicant must have experience in plumbing installation and maintenance practices
- Applicant must have experience working in a Facility Management Company
- Applicant must have good hands-on practical experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Applicant must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicant must have good documentation skills (i.e., report, hand-over, or duty note)
- Good troubleshooting (defect identification) and rectification
- Applicant must have knowledge of HSE (Toolbox-talk, JHA, Risk assessment).
