Requirements for Factory Production Worker
- Applicant should possess at least an SSCE qualification.
- Applicant must have 0 – 2 years of experience.
- Applicant must have previous experience working in a similar role.
- Applicant must have the ability to follow instructions.
- Applicant must possess a team spirit.
- Applicant must have a good level of concentration.
- Applicant must have physical stamina.
Requirements for Assistant Machine Operator
- Applicant should possess at least SSCE / OND / NABTEB / Trade Test.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Applicant must have analytical skills
- Applicant must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Applicant must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
Requirements for Machine Operator
- Applicant should possess at least bSSCE / OND / NABTEB / Trade Test.
- Applicant must have 1 – 2 years of experience working as a machine operator
- Applicant must have proven experience as a machine operator
- Applicant must have a working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Applicant must have an understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Applicant must have the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Applicant must have analytical skills
- Applicant must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Applicant must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
