Requirements for Electrical In-charge (Switchyard)

Academic qualification: B.Eng / HND in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in Core Functional
Maintenance of Transformers
Maintenance of High-Tension Switchyard

Requirements for Senior Technician (Caster Fitter)

Minimum of 10 years work experience exp.
In the Respective field in Steel Melting Shop
Experience in Ladle readiness for Continuous Caster Machine (CCM)
Academic qualification: ITI, Trade Test in Mechanical

Requirements for Mill Roller / Mill Filler

During running continuous monitoring of guides, roll cooling, and guide lubrication
Monitoring the trial billets through the mill and making necessary adjustments to get the finished product
During production, regularly monitors and adjusts the roll gap to ensure correct size and weight per meter length.
Takes necessary corrective action for any operational fault, mis-rolls, etc.
Continuous monitoring of finished product by checking its weight/meter and for visual defects.
Inform Shift In-charge / Manager during repeated problems.
Feedback to Shift In-charge / Manager at the end of the shift.
When required prepare the spare Rolls& guides with all other accessories before change.
Keeps his workplace in a clean and tidy condition also his tools in a safe operational condition.
Responsible for maintaining proper discipline with the contractor and his employees.
Ensure compliance with Safety, HSE, PPE systems, and procedures and aim at Zero accidents.
Implement procedures and records confirming to ISO for Mills.
Carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
