Requirements for Video Editor

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in education or related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of storytelling and narrative techniques.
• Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into a polished final product.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
• Excellent eye for detail, visual composition, and color grading.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a passion for producing engaging and impactful educational content.

Requirements for Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in marketing roles, preferably within Tech.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements for Tutor

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, UX researcher, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and expertise.
• Previous mentoring experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using design software/tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
• In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
