Requirements for Metallurgist

Minimum educational standard: B.Sc Metallurgist
3 – 5 years of experience in Steel manufacturing industries as an MIS officer
Female for Gender balance.

Requirements for Mechanical Engineer

Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees
3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in Steel manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of successfully maintaining and troubleshooting diverse mechanical equipment.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and consumables.
Expertise in mechanical problem-solving and repair techniques.

Requirements for MIS Officer

Minimum educational standard: B.Sc in Metallurgy
Minimum Working Experience: 2 years related experience.
Gender Female.
Microsoft Excel and Word
Navision
Provide guidance and leadership to employees for daily activities and assign projects or tasks.
Participate in performance evaluation of employee performance (does not directly supervise)
May have Project management responsibility.
Some contact with others, including clients, the general public, visitors, and African Foundries Limited personnel. The purpose of contact is to provide an explanation or interpretation of information. may handle confidential information and some complex matters.
Forward complaints or non-routine inquiries or requests to someone else to handle.
Assesses and diffuses problem situations and requires influencing others to reach a consensus. Require tact and diplomacy to handle difficult customer situations. Require advanced interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships. Explore alternatives and creative solutions to meet the needs of the customer.
Work involves some exposure to moderate risk of accident and requires following safety precautions.
