Requirements for Mobile Business Executive

• Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) with a focus on sales experience.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years
• Proven experience in sales and customer service is a definite advantage.
• Proficiency with Android devices and technology.
• Exceptional sales conversion skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales acumen: Ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements for Regional Sales Manager

• B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and management experience in the mobile telecommunications field.
• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Understanding of store operations
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
•  Excellent in team management
• Availability to travel as needed.

Requirements for OnTrade Relationship Officer

• Education: Minimum of HND / B.Sc.
• Experience: 3 years minimum in Sales and marketing positions
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to operate a Smart Phone
• Basic knowledge of MS Office suite Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Well-networked, have established contacts in the night scene
• Experience in the beverage industry, entertainment and/or events, hospitality, and catering would be an added advantage
• Flexibility and independence, no two days, and, more importantly, no two nights are the same.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and planning and negotiation skills.
