Requirements for Accounts and Administrative Officer

• OND or B.Sc Accounting or any other related field.
• 3 – 5 years of good work experience.
• Audit background experience is an advantage.
• AATWA is a very good advantage.
• Ability to apply knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Competency in MS Office, and accounting software.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
• Experience with HR-related jobs is an advantage.
• Good written, and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Requirements for Graphic Artist / CNC Machine Technician

• OND, HND, or equivalent in Graphics or Fine Arts, additional technical certifications, or relevant vocational training is a plus.
• 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience operating graphics production equipment such as printers, plotters, and cutters.
• Familiarity with design software and file formats (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW).
• Experienced with Routers, laser Cutters, and Plasma Cutters.
• Proficiency in CNC machine operation, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of different materials used in graphics production and CNC machining.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work with tight tolerances.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements for Operations Facility Manager

• B.Sc / HND in Estate Management, Facility Management, or relevant field.
• Professional qualification in Facility Management is an added advantage.
• Proven 6 – 8 years experience as a Facility General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, and security/safety precautions.
• String analytical ability.
• Excellent communication with good interpersonal relationship skills is an added advantage.
• Must be well-organized, detail, transparent, and customer (internal and external) oriented.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Has passion for the work.
• Very IT compliance – deploys and operates software
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
