Requirements for Chief Security Officer

Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
Ensure that all security staff provides quality services for customer satisfaction and retention.
Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around the company premises to mitigate against any form of pilfering.
Ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, customers, and contractors at all times.
Liaise with the departmental heads to manage all safety & security, Fire Life Safety, and food hygiene risks faced by the organization.
Liaise with all department heads to ensure that employees are adhering to established security procedures.
Record and notify all risks, deviations from organization safety standards, and any untoward incidents.
Assign duties and schedule operatives for balancing the needs of the organization and productivity standards.
Monitor staff activity and coach subordinate performance.
Follows up on all unusual activities in and around the property that would impair the well-being of visitors, customers, and employees.
Ensure compliance with all security standards and preventative measures.
Monitor and follow proper key control guidelines in loss prevention and in the property.
Conduct investigations and compile reports promptly for any theft, loss, accident, or any aspect that risks the safety of the organization.
Handling complaints, settling disputes, resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Develops and maintains a monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and panic/duress alarms to ensure that they are fully functional.
Liaise with the HR department to conduct regular mock fire evacuation drills as per the company’s emergency standards.
Develop and advise key personnel on emergency procedures.
Implements action plans to monitor and control risk.
Establish crisis management and contingency planning.
Conduct regular walk-through rounds for observing the entire company.
Supervision of all Security Personnel and gave clear direction on all security-related aspects.
Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes and accidents involving customers, visitors, and employees.
Interview, select, review, and train new security officers according to the company’s standards.
Perform any other duty as assigned by Management.

Requirements for Cashier

Applicants should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 7 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements for B2B Manager

Source for new business by drafting proposals to create leads and equally close deals.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Liaise with the HR department in the area of recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
