Requirements for Technical Officer – Monitoring & Evaluation
- Applicant should possess MB.BS/MD/Ph.D. or similar degree with 2 to 4 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
- Or MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with 2 to 3 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
- Or B.Sc / BA Degree in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring, and Evaluation or in relevant Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
Requirements for Assistant Technical Officer – Monitoring & Evaluation
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc / BA Degree in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring, and Evaluation or in a relevant Degree with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation or data management.
- Applicant familiarity with Nigerian public health sector systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
- A sound understanding of humanitarian assistance programming is desirable.
Requirements for Senior Program Officer
- Applicant should possess BS / BA Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or its equivalent.
- Applicant must have 5 – 7 years experience working in development programs at the community level with at least 3-5 years experience with HIV/AIDS program planning and implementation working with public and NGO sectors required.
- Or MBBS degree or MS/MA/MPH degree or its recognized equivalent with 3-5 years of working experience in an HIV/AIDS intervention program.
- Applicant must have knowledge of major donor policies (USAID, Global Fund) as well as international not-for-profit organizations
- Applicant must have good stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, and advocacy skills.
- Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in terms of reporting.
