Requirements for Managing Director
- Demonstrated experience holding a managerial position, such as managing director, for more than 12 years.
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- BSc or BA in Business Administration or relevant field;
- MSc or MA will be preferred
Requirements for Business Development Manager (BDM)
- A minimum bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Management Sciences
- MSc and MBA will be an added advantage
- You have prior experience as a Business Development Manager within the Financial Services and registrar’s Business.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the same or similar role.
- Demonstrable business development experience with Technology & Fintech
- Key Knowledge and Skills
- The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:
- You possess a good knowledge and awareness of the market.
- Knowledge of business development, and identification of opportunities that align with the aspiration/vision of the business.
- Knowledge of the tenets of a Registrar Business.
Requirements for Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Previous working experience as COO for 10 years
- In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Hands-on experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and business development
- Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
- Familiarity with IT/Business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset.
