Requirements for IT Administrator
- A First Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- ICT professional certification e.g. CCNA, Oracle, or any other recognized certification.
- At least 3 years experience in a related role within a sports/ recreational or hospital facility or any related business.
- Hands-on General Management Knowledge.
- IT Networking, Troubleshooting, IT Security and Basic Programming Skills.
- Database Management & Administration Skills
- Relationship Management & Negotiation Skills.
- Exceptional Communication Skills, Business, and Report Writing Skills.
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
Requirements for HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws.
- Good written skills with the ability to write clear, understandable plans.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive all members of the team.
- Capacity to cope with challenging situations, listen to feedback, remain calm under pressure, and take decisive action.
- Planning and organizing skills

- Experience with office management software like MS Office.
Requirements for Health Safety & Security Manager
- B.Sc / BA in Safety Management, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years post-graduate experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in any safety and security role in a recreational or hospitality-related business.
- Carrying out post-incident analysis.
- Establishing workplace safety and health committees.
- Knowledge of decontamination procedures.
- Knowledge of good safety practices.
- Developing emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of first aid methods and techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
- Experienced in Crowd Control and Event Management
- Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment and monitoring devices
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Report Writing Skills.
