Requirements for Real Estate Sales Manager

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in either of the above-mentioned sectors.

Requirements for Unit Manager

• Applicants Must Have BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
• Applicants Must Have 3-5 years of experience in real estate/marketing
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Applicants Must Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills
• Applicants Must Have Problem-solving and decision making.

Requirements for Real Estate Advisor

• Applicants shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining sales relationships with clients.
• Applicants shall be responsible for closing sales deals with clients.
