Requirements for Frontliner

Applicants should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 0-1 year experience
Applicants Must Have Good communication skills
Applicants Must Have Ability to work in a team
Applicants Must Have Good customer service skills
Applicants Must Have the Ability to multi-task
Applicants Must Have Ability to work under pressure

Requirements for Contact Center Agent

Applicants Must Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
Applicants Must Take and process customers.
Applicants Must Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Applicants Must Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Applicants Must Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Applicants Must Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
No accommodation for staff, and only candidates that live within Lekki Phase 1 and its environment will be considered for this role.
