Requirements for Training Manager

• Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience
• Applicants Must Have a Proven record of workforce development in a manufacturing or Technology Organization
• Applicants Must Have Practical Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM Competencies & Skills
• Applicants Must Have Presentation Skills
• Applicants Must Have Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Requirements for Relationship Manager, Public Sector & Special Project

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc. A degree in Marketing or Business Management, or a Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience
• Applicants Must Have a grasp of the industry and the local & international environment.
