• Applicants Must Have an Advanced Degree or equivalent experience in Public Health, Sociology, or related Health, Medical, or Social Science discipline; Masters-level Degree is preferred.
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrated experience working with PEPFAR programs and strong familiarity with CDC reporting requirements.
• Applicants Must Have 10+ years’ experience in leadership, management, operational and technical expertise with a preference for HIV care and treatment program implementation
• Applicants Must Have Strong leadership and coordination experience in multidisciplinary teams and partner organization
• Applicants Must Have Strong program management and technical skills required.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in HIV care and treatment and prevention programs
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with Nigeria’s health systems and reporting structure and demonstrated ability to collaborate with government-level officials to strengthen program implementation.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent writing and communications skills, including demonstrated technical writing skills for publication.

Requirements for Strategic Information Advisor

• Applicants Must Have an MB.BS / MD / Ph.D. or similar Degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
• Or MPH or MS / MA in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
• Or BS / BA in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring, and Evaluation or a relevant Degree with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative research and in conducting surveys and/or sampling.
• Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge in the use of spreadsheet and database packages (Excel), statistical software such as SPSS and GIS tools (Arc View, Arc Info, etc.); and EMR such as NMRS, DHIS, DATIM
• Applicants Must Have Experience in the use of mobile technology (SMS, SMART, etc. and in the design or management of a Monitoring Database could be an asset.
• Applicants Must Have Proven networking, team building, organizational, and communication skills.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent report-writing skills desirable.
• Applicants Must Have Fluency in written and spoken English.
