Requirements for Impact Associate

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within an impact investment firm, impact accelerator/incubator, private sector development program, etc.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge and understanding of key frameworks and methodologies in impact measurement and management (e.g., theories of change, IMP’s 5 Dimensions of Impact, GIIN, IRIS+, UNPRI, etc.)
Applicants Must Have an Understanding of venture building, accelerators, and investments in early-stage startups in Africa
Applicants Must Have the Ability to deploy a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
Applicants Must Have an Appetite for collecting and analyzing data to produce meaningful reports to diverse stakeholders and audiences
Applicants Must Have Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, google studio, QlikView or Tableau is a plus.

Requirements for Mobile Application Engineer (Isidore)

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development
Applicants Must Have Extensive knowledge of mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
Applicants Must Have Deep knowledge of Flutter and GraphQL
Applicants Must Have proficient knowledge of Providers for State Management
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in writing automated tests
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with the JSON format
Applicants Must Have Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture—and the ability to choose the best solution for the app
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with Git
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with push notifications
Applicants Must Have Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and be aware of their differences

Requirements for Fullstack Engineer (Isidore)

Applicants Must Have 5+ years of experience building SaaS platforms
Applicants Must Have Great Frontend chops (e.g. Angular, ReactJS, VueJS, Gatsby, etc)
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in any two of the following programming language; Javascript (NodeJS), Python, and C#.
Applicants Must Have Strong cloud knowledge in a tier-one provider platform (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure)
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
Applicants Must Have Experience with the Git version control system
Applicants Must Have a Proven track record of developing reliable restful APIs
Applicants Must Have Experience building scalable and maintainable technology
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of popular automation tools and strategies
Applicants Must Have Quality-minded and be interested in all parts of software development: writing clean code, testing, deployment, monitoring
